The first open modular version of the ever popular RoSPA Road Safety Engineering course is to take place during May in London.
This is an alternative to the traditional 10 day RoSPA course with delegates undertaking individual accident investigations and submitting reports. This course is an important training pre-requisite for Road Safety Auditors to achieve the requirements for the Highways Agency approved Certificate of Competency in Road Safety Audit.
The modular version of this course involves six days of tuition and supervised accident investigation with delegates then completing a further four days by preparing a satisfactory accident Investigation report and submitting this for assessment.
The May course in London is now full and AECOM have also commissioned an in-house version of this course in Birmingham. This method of achieving the required training can be more cost-effective for organisations than sending staff on a residential course by saving on travel and accommodation costs.
