Like everyone else, we’re following the situation regarding COVID-19 very closely and following Government advice.
We wanted to provide our clients with some reassurance that we are doing our very best to ensure business continuity and to minimise the impacts on your business during the most challenging of times.
Along with the majority of other companies within our industry, our staff are now working remotely. Staff working from home is not unusual within our business and we will still be able to answer your phone calls and emails as normal.
Our office phones are currently being redirected to Lorna Charles (Business Development Manager). Staff will still be contactable throughout the working week, so please continue to contact us through the usual channels.
Road Safety Audits
Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on 23rd March 2020, TMS has decided that we should not be carrying out site visits for Road Safety Audits or any other project work for three weeks, from this date initially.
As an alternative we can offer ‘desktop’ audits for design stage road safety audits (Stages 1, 2 and Combined 1&2) on the basis that this is the best we can offer our clients in this current climate.
Please refer to the separate note issued with regards to our road safety audit service during the Covid-19 situation.
In light of the Government’s most recent guidance on social distancing and staying at home, this has obviously had an impact on our training courses (both in-house and open courses). Therefore, all of our training courses until week commencing 20th April 2020 have now been postponed. We are keeping the situation under constant review and will make any further announcements in due course.
Our main focus throughout this time is to limit any effect to our staff and clients, as much as we possibly can. Like all businesses we have had to bring in additional measures to see us through these troubling times, however, we aim to still be able to assist you in a professional and timely manner.
From all of us at TMS, we thank you for your continued support and understanding during these unprecedented times.
