Booking and Pricing for 2007/2008

Prices

The prices for our training courses are specific to each individual course title. The prices for our one, two and three day courses can be located on the individual booking forms.

Bookings

 For our courses held in Coventry, bookings can be made online, preferably 10 days prior to the course date. To do so, click on at the bottom of any page in the TMS Courses section. The online booking form will automatically calculate pricing for you. To make a provisional booking please email Gill Brooks direct.

In addition PDF booking forms are also available for applicants to complete and send off either via fax or post.

Attendance on all courses is generally limited to 16 delegates. Priority is given to those delegates attending the whole module. The courses are very popular and early bookings are advisable to avoid disappointment.

Prices include course notes, lunch and refreshments on each day of the course. Delegates are advised to book their own accommodation as soon as their booking is confirmed. This is mainly due to the fact that there are periods when local hotels are busy due to local events/exhibitions/shows etc. However delegates should NOT book accommodation until written confirmation has been received.

Payment

For specific terms and conditions regarding the payment of invoices please refer to the individual booking forms.

Please note that for overseas delegates invoices will be raised immediately after the booking is made and sent to the delegate together with the course joining instructions. Attendance on TMS training courses is subject to full payment of the course fees being received prior to the date of the course.

We reserve the right to charge interest after this, for late payment in accordance with the Late Payment of Comercial Debts Regulations 2002.

Cancellation

Cancellation fees* will be charged at the following rates. Please refer to the individual booking forms for the specific cancellation terms

Telephone cancellations should be confirmed immediately in writing either by post or email.

Terms and Conditions

TMS reserves the right to cancel courses, or alter course dates. Should a course be cancelled or if the alternative date is not suitable and payment for that course has already been made, a full refund will be given.

Occasionally it may be necessary to amend course programmes or substitute items on the programme for current issues, therefore delegates, especially those who are only booking part of a course are advised to check before confirming their booking or request a copy of the latest course programme.
