A Course for the Road Safety Officers of the Future

 This residential course (in co-ordination with the National Staff Training Group and RSN Associates) is run for new entrants to the profession who have already completed Phase 1 or have 6-12 months on job experience. Each delegate will have the opportunity to learn from experienced tutors and discover together how people work in other organisations.

Delegates are to learn through doing rather than listening. The modules will consist of a combination of formal listening and practical activities, including discussion, group work and role play.
