Traffic and Transport

TMS has undertaken the design and implementation of a variety of traffic and transportation projects over the last 20 years. These projects have been for both public and private sector clients throughout the UK and Ireland.

Particularly in Ireland, TMS has significantly developed its reputation within this area and works closely with RoadPlan Consulting, a company based in Kilkenny, to carry out their Transport Assessments, Traffic Impact Studies and Traffic Modelling.

TMS has been involved in a diverse range of schemes such as:

Junction improvements including roundabouts and traffic signals
Pedestrian and cycle route improvements and crossings
Numerous Transport Assessments which involved both the preparation and checking of the reports
Developing numerous cycling facilities, as well as carrying out cycle audits and reviews on many existing facilities
Safer Routes to School projects
