Technical advice and expert evidence

TMS can provide a full level of services for the legal profession ranging from assisting with technical and procedural guidance to the provision of expert reports for the court and attendance as expert witnesses.

Legal compliance audits

TMS are regularly called upon to carry out audits of speed limits and other traffic management schemes to assist with ensuring their legal compliance.  This process involves checking Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs) and a full audit of traffic signs and road markings connected with the scheme. This includes plotting sign positions, checking visibility and illumination and the provision of a full evidential report. 

This service can be provided for new or existing schemes and where there are temporary or permanent traffic restrictions.
