TMS in conjunction with Phil Jones Associates is launching a new Quality Audit service, as outlined in Manual for Streets.

Through TMS and Phil Jones Associates teaming up, they will be able to provide all the elements required for an effective Quality Audit, and also to provide, when needed, the background and expertise necessary to manage the process as a whole.  

Quality Audit is fairly new within the industry and some clients, in particular Local Authorities, are uncertain of how Quality Audit should be integrated within the design and implementation of schemes.
