The DfT provide Traffic Advisory Leaflets free of charge. 

Traffic Advisory Leaflets (TAL) are issued at varying stages throughout the year and are published accordingly.  Some recent subject areas include:

• SCOOT - UTC Systems
• Compact MOVA
• Wig-wag Signals
• Use of bus lanes by motorcycles
• Fire and Ambulance service traffic calming
