Isle of Wight Council - Road Safety Plan

Road crashes and concern about them affects the whole community. Most people know a friend or relative that has been involved in a crash. Too often these result in injuries or deaths.

Many road crashes are preventable. TMS developed a new Road Safety Plan – “Improving Road Safety on the Isle of Wight," which is a fundamental review of Road Safety Strategy adopting best practice from around the UK. It set out a comprehensive and structured programme of wide ranging measures which will be adopted in order to achieve a substantial reduction in the number of people killed and injured in road crashes.

London Borough of Lambeth - Road Safety Plan

TMS and the London Borough of Lambeth worked together to aim to improve road safety in Lambeth. It was identified that action needed to be taken in a wide variety of areas, if efforts were to be focused towards the achievement of the casualty reduction targets.


East Riding of Yorkshire Council - Road Safety Plan

This Road Safety Plan represented a target-led strategic review of the progress of the road safety strategy for the East Riding of Yorkshire Council. Best practice from around the UK was also considered in the report.

A review of the local casualty problems was undertaken to ensure that the proposals would tackle the Council's road safety problems effectively.
