TMS Consultancy is an independent company specialising in consultancy, research and training services in the field of traffic management and road safety engineering.

Now with a team of 21 key staff,TMS provides services to a wide client base in both the public and private sectors throughout the UK and internationally. Our team has worked extensively within the public sector, most of whom have held senior positions within Local Authorities throughout the country. Their significant expertise and wealth of practical "hands-on" experience enables TMS to have a good understanding of the needs of both sectors. We feel justifiably proud of our reputation as one of the leaders in this field.

TMS was established in 1990 by Martin Belcher and Steve Proctor and became a Limited company in 1998, when Phil Cook joined as a Director. Together with our continued growth, knowledge and expertise it has enabled us to offer a diverse range of services to our clients.
